Our Kiriboshi Daikon is made from 100% daikon radish grown on our own farm, which we carefully cultivate from the soil.
By drying the freshly harvested daikon at once while they are still fresh, our Kiriboshi Daikon has a remarkable flavor when they are rehydrated.
